just. incredible… this is now my favorite non-stage version of phantom ever, the acting was phenomenal, i couldn’t stop bawling my eyes out from the unmasking to the ending, i adored how erik was so gentle and kind and how christine truly cared about him, my heart aches for them

Completely different from other renditions I’ve seen, w/a different theme & several plot-point additions that better flesh out the characters & story, leading to really powerful moments that are lost in other versions.
WHY DID HE HAVE TO BE THE MOST PRECIOUS SWEETHEART EVER?

Not a fan of the musical aspect of it, but the story is so beautiful and layered, I loved this version of the phantom, and i was so intrigued with the story that i chose it over sleep, i was almost falling asleep but i stayed awake needing to watch it, this one broke my heart
