Edward Scissorhands

I finally got around to watching this lovely classic. The score was beautiful, I loved it so much. However the actual movie just wasn’t for me. Honestly I understand why people like this movie, I really wanted to like it. It just wasn’t my type of movie. But it’s good, watch it!!

i never expected this to be a sad movie, but the end hit hard 🙁. 9.5/10 loved it!

i really love this movie, i felt so touched and seen by edward’s character as i’m sure many people who have always felt different do
not only is the story so bittersweet and tear jerking, but the stylization, costumes, set design is all wonderful, excellent gothic romance

The classic costume and art style of Tim Burton movies feature here as usual. This story is very strange and cute throughout. I do think as a child I might be horrified but it has a unique charm to it that you actually don’t see in many other Burton films?
