Night and Fog

the horrors of what happened in auschwitz should never be forgotten, and this film preserves it with unflinching honesty

"We must annihilate but efficiently."

A powerful, raw depiction of what humanity it's actually capable of at their highest form of hate, turning themselves into something inhuman with lack of emotions whatsoever. Night and Fog gives us the truth without sugar or rodeos.

pas notable, juste nécessaire d'être vue par tous pour son importance historique et memoriel, on se rend bien plus compte des horreur de la shoah en vidéo.

I’ve watched a lot of WWII/Holocaust films and documentaries and this is the only one I haven’t been able to finish. As I saw in another review, this is the most effective 30 minutes in cinema. A hard watch that will stick in your mind forever.
