Movie was terrible. A horrible barrage of sexual assault poised as “progressive feminism”. Didn’t we leave such white, first-world, privileged, and incredibly flat understandings of “womanhood” in the 2010s?

I loved the cinematography and the time period. It felt like the 1920s, but with more futuristic and fantastical elements. I loved the soundtrack as well. However, I didn’t like the explicit scenes. I found them unnecessary and revolting, and they made me uncomfortable 🥴
