Hmm I fear I shouldn’t even be rating this bc I was confused the majority of this movie but I think I liked it?

Unfortunately I didn’t like it as much as I thought I would, I still liked it but I was expecting a lot more.

The characters are so weird and unlikable that it really made me not care about the emotional weight of the film. I just think clementine was just such a bad character, completely weird from the start and so unlikeable, and the fact that she went through that forgetting process was pretty crazy tbh.

I thought the twists were done pretty well and the acting was really great, but I didn’t love that the whole movie was Joel getting the process done, it was kind of unsatisfying and a little slow paced at parts.

Still a pretty good movie, just a tad bit disappointing.

My score: 7.5/10
