Love Hurts

action scenes choreography and camera work were great, other than that meh

Love hurts but the stunts and choreography must kill. It's always impressive seeing people get beat up over and over, loved the camerawork and how they more than comfortably 'used' the surroundings. All that practice and you can clearly see the levels of difference it makes. You can see the amount of fun they had, me on the other hand not so much. The second half drags and feels repetitive, probably because I didn't find the story interesting. I tried to be interested but it just wasn't that good, or engaging. The casting was a miss, and the soundtrack felt non-existent. A fine flick for valentines day though.

I actually preferred the romance between the raven and Ashley compared to the main story. Drew Scott's character was funny, though.

Funny movie with romance, kung fu, intrigue and poetry! A date night movie, for sure!

Very much a Kill Bill kind of vibe. I like it.
