Guns Up

Meh. Not bad, but not as good as some of the others in its genre. It's like a bad blend up of "John Wick", "Nobody", and "Paul Blart", but I think it's aware because you can feel the "John Wick" joke coming from a mile. I will say though, the plot twist did get me, and it was easily my favourite part seeing it play out. Otherwise, I'd probably watch the sequel, but by the time it happens, I'll also probably forget this.

Holding potential for both a sequel and perhaps a buddy-cop spinoff, this film delivers nicely on the trope of “character is scarily good at new job” whilst providing some actual reason for it. All in all, good family flick with room for more fun. Solid 7/10😁

Pretty boring I expected better than that, the only good thing in the movie is that Christina Ricci in it
