If you have even the slightest comprehension of & interest in politics, appreciate subtle yet absurd and at times dark humor, and enjoy tragic dramadies (drama-comedies), such as Succession, this is for you. Kate Winslet is ridiculously hysterical in every way possible in this. 💯

Idk what it was even about

Wasted potential once again. Kate Winslet is immense. Matthias is immense. The acting was phenomenal, full stop. The dialogue and dramatisation was insanly hypnotising, I couldn't take my eyes and ears off any monologue. The comedy isn't necessarily funny but outrageous enough to make your whole face blink. The story was strongly driven by real-life political and personal issues, and I loved it. The plot became really rushed, unfortunately. The juice was definitely there, but the juicing wasn't. I know we shouldn't get every answer, but we shouldn't be left with 99 questions.
