The Diplomat

I’m not a fan of politic type shows. But I will watch one every now and then. I’m glad I decided to check this out. This show kept me invested the whole time. Finished it in 2 days. I hope they come out with a season 2 soon because this was great!

Very entertaining. Good characters. Dialogue can veer a little cheesy. It’s like Shonda Rhimes does Zero Dark Thirty. I’ll be looking out for season 2

More Aaron Sorkin-ish dialogue/ridic vibes than something like the Americans. But Keri Russell x Rufus Sewell x random hot UK prime minister dude is a winning combo. 5/5 cleaning dishes show (you can follow the whole plot just by listening).

First two seasons are excellent. Third season takes a big swing downward. Really disappointing.

Continue to love this show. Gift that keeps giving. Season 3 better than 2. Can’t wait for season 4! Upgraded to 9/10
