It’s an uncomfortably confrontational revenge story that at times makes you wonder if you even want to see its conclusion.
For its entirety, this show kept me guessing, constantly adding new pieces of the puzzle and making me question what I thought I knew. The creeping sense of tension that builds throughout was further enhanced by its almost book-like pacing, and it all came together in a very satisfying way.

ngl this was so addicting i ended up bingeing 5eps in one night. the story if confusing in the beginning but then it gets good after the 4th ep. a lot of the characters i couldnt like they all have there faults, but who doesn't?

I need that finale now. They thought about the viewer's experience through each episode so hard. The way 7 episodes had to entertain, educate and expel the most complicated yet simple story I've known. It's based on a book, about a book, but most of all plays out like a book. Sparks starting bigger fires at the end of each episode like nail-biting, cliff-edging, toe-stubbing pages. If you like books or psychology, even drama then I would 200% recommend this. The casting and soundtrack make the mystery so good. 'Disclaimer' for a reason but I'm so glad it goes heavy on maturity. Throwing dilemmas into the 'deep end'. A slow burn silver spiel.
