Frank Herbert's Dune

Story is really good. Acting choices can be a bit weird. It’s kinda camp so I like it. And although the CGI is bad it’s interesting to see what they worked with for that time. It was an aspirational project.

liked seeing scenes being adapted that were cut from the movies. glad alia is properly in this, i like her character. visually unimpressive, but is a product of its time ig. acting is over the top at times, no subtlety whatsoever. overall a good adaptation, unlike lynch's dune💀

Still have an affection for this version. Often refer to the one with Wiliam Hurt. Still underrated!
