The show isn’t for everyone, but for those that are able to respect the story will find compelling themes centered around male loneliness, interpersonal connection, stale relationships, and fatherhood.

Hate it and idk why I’m still watching

What started as a predictable detective series turned into something deeply human. The characters don't feel like TV tropes; they feel like people you’ve actually met (or been). It captures that raw insecurity of trying to connect with someone without being overly dramatic about it. It’s just a really sincere reflection on how complicated it is to navigate desire and isolation at the same time.

Great show, slightly contrived

wow, i was not expecting to find so much meaning in this. it’s definitely a weird show, but i really appreciate the unique approach it took to discussing things like friendship, identity, sexuality and how it pertains to loneliness. it’s all very smart. i like this odd one.
