Wim Wenders’ most purely romantic film is like poetry on celluloid, a celebration of the transient and fragile moments of being human: the warmth of a cup of coffee on a cold day, the embrace of a friend, the touch of a lover, the rapture of love.

Such a beautiful piece of poetry.
The writing, dialogue, cinematography, performances, themes,philosophy, everything was excellent.
"Perhaps the weight of wings is knowing you will never land."
"I've always known happiness was fleeting, but I never knew sadness could be eternal."

That hit so hard. Especially when you’re watching with your mom. Idk why

Ok Wenders.

Watched this with sean and brody and i think we all got lost whether it was in the world that wenders created or how slow this film was.

Anyway, although the pacing was a little extreme, i thought the concept of the story was really interesting and added lots of interesting commentary on the real world through an angels perspective.
