Night Always Comes

It's alright but way too predictable, forgettable, and 'Netflix-y'. The acting weirdly didn't feel as authentic as I thought it should have, but the dynamics were great. Story-wise, it's interesting enough. I wouldn't really call it worthwhile though, even for how deep the motifs go. The pacing as a whole was decent, with some high-tension sequences and low emotional moments. All in all, it feels like how you would expect a cheap Netflix flick to feel.

I cannot get into this movie at all not a lot happens and it’s just really slow.

Great movie, but unfortunately this is the reality of some people's lives. I'd like to read the book now to compare....

Got kind of boring towards the end but anyways.
