This movie surround tik tok for awhile, being named “scariest movie ever.” It’s not scary, it’s just gross body horror and graphic SA. Not a good movie, not good writing. The aesthetic of the art is pretty, nothing else.

people made it sound A. LOT. worse than it actually is. it was very interesting and a little confusing but definitely not gory.

6/10 it's fucked but interesting for my curiosity also the fact that it's banned everywhere made me want to watch it

This movie received a lot of hate for its graphic events and how it deals with characters but it’s a representation of assault in Japan and it’s truly disgusting what happens. That’s why this movie works, it doesn’t make light. Terribly brutal and hard to watch but it’s also art.
