Man fuck, this shit hit like 14 trucks, which is about one every 10 minutes. It’s so devastating what happened and it’s even more devastating who it happened to. Jeff was an incredible human being, he deserved a happy ending.

Another banger of a documentary, fucking loving them and hating them at the same time, I loved the animated parts, and the ending voicemail to his mother had me on the verge of crying man.

as a fan this is worth a watch but idk how factual it is. at least i think there might be some omitting present. focused a bit too much on his relationships imo. it also felt a bit low budget when they used those stock-image-like shots whenever they were missing visual material.

i watched this documentary in my jeff buckley phase and it hit me way harder than i thought! it was so freaking good! i would happily rewatch this many times! his music was just so good and i miss him so bad! long live jeff buckley!
