I find Shinji much more likable in these movies than in the og. He is just a tad bit more proactive and it makes a big difference imo. I also love the battles with the Angels.

7/10 Definitely better than the first rebuild film. I definitely like the route the rebuild films are going but still sometimes feels like the story is just thrown around and reset, it can be hard to follow. The fights were cool.
