Cries and Whispers

Another disappointment by Bergman. I haven't seen much of his work yet, but I don't really know what's the problem or whose fault it is, but his scripts never speak to me or touch me.
They just feel hollow with 98% of the script consisting of mumbling and 2% with real, symbolic,-

This movie was like a whispered poem and for certain moments screamed, it was so slow that I almost didn’t get it, but every time they would scream their emotions I felt like I couldn’t get my eyes of the screen.
