So unfair screw them all and justice for my girl Rosemary I wanted her to get her revenge so bad.

Already had low expectations with this movie cause the director is a p3d0 but wow

1) she’s SAed by Satan (shown on camera)
2) Satan plays a huge role in this story yet he appears once
3) EVEN THOUGH THE MOVIE IS CALLED ROSEMARY’S BABY THEY DONT SHOW ROSEMARY’S BABY ONCE!!!

What visually appears to be everyday domestic life is a horrifying atmosphere of paranoia. This film was haunting without trying to have excessive gore or jump scares. It’s beautifully subtle and the tension that builds throughout is masterful. So thematically rich.

they were gaslighting the FUCK outta homegirl. she should have took the baby out the game at the end that would’ve been perfect, but overall a 7.6/10.

This movie deserves to be classic but man is it long. Very well acted and for it being 1968 it’s pretty dark. Yeah when you watch it you notice some horror tropes but they aren’t tropes here. This is the OG. Very well made film. Exorcist caliber.
