True Detective

Only watched the first season because I’ve heard bad things about the second and third. Season One is probably the greatest season of a tv show that I have watched. Mathew McConaughey’s acting is top notch

First season is peak tv. Doesn’t get any better than that. Second season was abysmal, wish I didn’t drag myself through it. I was actually thoroughly surprised by season 3. I thought it returned more in line with Sn 1 and I actually enjoyed it.

Couldn’t watch more than a couple episodes. So boring and slow

The first season is just so freaking good. I was told not to watch any of the other seasons except maybe so I am gonna leave it at that. I may watch season 3. But season 1 was enough for me for now. This by far the greatest crime show I’ve ever watched. 100% recommended
