The wire is an amazing strong commentary on the war on drugs. Gritty raw and definitely ahead of its time. The quote that always stuck with me was this isn't a war wars end. Strong cast all around and a good insight to the drug world.

One of the best shows ever, for me, it was very long and I took a while to finish but damn was it worth it. Omar Little might be one of the best made characters of all time and definitely the best character in the show.
