There’s mommy issues… and then there’s whatever the eff this was. I loved how succinct this was and how they switched perspectives to tell both the girlfriend and the mother’s POV. A crazy ending that you won’t see coming.

it was frustratingly good. the switching of POVs brings a new twist to this bizarre situation they've landed in. recommend if you look for some family drama 💅

So this was case of messed up...and EVEN MORE messed up.
I get it's a show, but the whole thing could have ended in episode 2 if Cherry was just honest with the mom.
Regardless, you could see that she has changed and wanted to move on but the mom...yeah, she was just psychotic

Fantastic mini series. It’s been a while since I’ve watched a mini series this good. The dynamic between Cherry (Olivia Cooke) and Laura ( Robin Wright) was so well done, I’m convinced they’re both psychopaths in real life now lol. (Kidding)

This is a non-linear, multiple POV’s show. My only complaint with showing both Laura and cherry’s POVs is why they were different. Why’d they end the scene with yelling in one POV, but when you see if from the other’s perspective, the lines and ton is different? Maybe it was supposed to be that way and I just didn’t clock it? Idk. This was truly my only complaint though.

It was great seeing Olivia in a show again, since I loved her in Bates Motel.

boring, lazy, predicable. cheesy lines and music. good acting but i was left really disappointed
