Rich people problems are so funny. The story is over-predictable, underwritten, and underwhelming, but still entertaining enough. The only reason I watched this was for Carice van Houten. The only reason I stayed was for David Duchovny, and the only reason I didn't watch it sooner was because of Jack Whitehall. How did he land this role? Genuinely, how? I couldn't take it seriously at all. Overall, it makes for a decent binge-watch but does nothing more. I'll probably forget it in a week's time.

A good slow burn. Unique for the genre in that there is no relatability or empathy built for the antagonist, despite also building a distaste for the bougie family. If you’re hoping for a typical “revenge” series, this will leave you wholly unsatisfied. But that precisely why I appreciated it.

Also, for those critical of Whitehall’s performance. Um, what? He was very believable as a psycho who are often very subtly so. It was a great performance.
