Task

“Task” was a brilliant mini-series! Ruffalo and Pelphrey were fantastic — you start thinking it’s about their conflict, but it goes way deeper.
Drama, thrill, emotion, action, romance… It’s all there. And the ending wrapped it up perfectly!

Trash-truck heists and FBI grief therapy collide in this Philly-set crime drama. Ruffalo is brooding-goals, Pelphrey’s family man gone rogue hits deep. Moody, messy, and magnetic. It’s like Godfather, but with Blue-Collar heartbreak.

Damn that was good. Bad Inglesby knocks if out of the park again. So good. Not for the faint of heart. But fantastically written and acted.

Absolutely stellar. The story beats largely follow a standard crime thriller, but what sets this apart is the quality of character writing and the questions being asked of what it means to be human.

From the opening scene to the final moments, we see a beautiful story of humanity in all its facets, showing us that right and wrong is not so simple and that there is so much more to understanding when you don’t take everything at face value.

Great show and great characters.
A show you are sad to see end.
