Absolutely amazing!! Had the pleasure of being invited to a special early screening by Apple + and it was fantastic! if you love the book you’ll fall in love with the show just as fast! This is probably one of my favourite projects Brie Larson has been a part of in a long time!

Okay, so. So many good points:
1: Brie Larson is ALWAYS a good choice.
2: great visuals, great atmosphere
3: the historical background is respected and actually matters
4: great storyline
5: Brie Larson, I mean… wow.
6: great character developments
7: a must watch omg

I really enjoyed this show. The protagonists seem to be neurodivergent. Someone said they don’t like the actress, but I think they don’t know it’s because of the characteristics of autism. They think she is emotionless and cold which is not true.

This series is amazing. It made me laugh, cry, yell at the TV and mostly it got me thinking about our world and how far we've come since 1951 (spoiler alert - not much). One of the best series I've seen not only on tv+, but on any other streaming platform.

My new favorite show!!!

This show hit me straight in the feels…. And in my feminism. So humbled and empowered at being a scientist now. Definitely inspired me to be in lab more and not take that privilege for granted. But more than that- so much depth of loss and meaning of love… just sublime!!!

I really loved the way this show navigates so many different kinds of grief and conflicting emotions through varying perspectives. Also loved that this wasn’t a “girl boss” story. It was just a woman getting her dues and uplifting others in the process, and I loved every moment.

4/5 ⭐️ Brie Larson did such a great job. Storyline development was done beautifully. The supporting cast is well rounded and made the show light hearted

Overall it was great. Definitely some parts that were different than the book. Brie Larson played this part beautifully and deserves the Emmy nomination

This series was really interesting but definitely dragged at times and felt longer than it needed to be.

Stopped watching 4 episodes in. Moved slowly and hard to connect to characters. Kept waiting for the cooking storyline to develop further or some type of plot breakthrough but it wasn’t happening fast enough.

the most cliché writing everrrrrr

the ending felt a lil rushed. and i think they could’ve solidified the lasting implications of losing the case against the highway a bit more since we spent so much time on it in the first place. but set design and overall quality was great. larson and king stun as usual 👩🏾‍🍳💋

Loved this so so much

I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it but I did. I felt like the end came abruptly and there was more story to tell, but I still really liked it.

This was definitely a good series. I haven’t read the book so I wouldn’t be able to say whether or not there should’ve been a movie, but with the difference in each episode I think it was good as a short series.
