Lessons in Chemistry

Absolutely amazing!! Had the pleasure of being invited to a special early screening by Apple + and it was fantastic! if you love the book you’ll fall in love with the show just as fast! This is probably one of my favourite projects Brie Larson has been a part of in a long time!

Okay, so. So many good points:
1: Brie Larson is ALWAYS a good choice.
2: great visuals, great atmosphere
3: the historical background is respected and actually matters
4: great storyline
5: Brie Larson, I mean… wow.
6: great character developments
7: a must watch omg

I really enjoyed this show. The protagonists seem to be neurodivergent. Someone said they don’t like the actress, but I think they don’t know it’s because of the characteristics of autism. They think she is emotionless and cold which is not true.

What an underappreciated show! Why isn't anyone talking about this? It should be a topic of conversation for everyone. The series addresses many important issues such as racism, sexism, misogynistic workplace environments, grief, faith, personal growth, love, family, friendships

The dog episode had me in tears.

Lessons in Chemistry made me laugh, cry and yell at my TV😭. Brie Larson, Lewis Pullman, and everyone else in this show were casted perfectly. And the way Brie’s character Elizabeth uplifted and inspired women to make them feel as if they could do anything if they set their minds to it was truly inspiring.
I could go on for a lot longer about this show 5/5 Stars❤️.
