Lessons in Chemistry

Absolutely amazing!! Had the pleasure of being invited to a special early screening by Apple + and it was fantastic! if you love the book you’ll fall in love with the show just as fast! This is probably one of my favourite projects Brie Larson has been a part of in a long time!

Okay, so. So many good points:
1: Brie Larson is ALWAYS a good choice.
2: great visuals, great atmosphere
3: the historical background is respected and actually matters
4: great storyline
5: Brie Larson, I mean… wow.
6: great character developments
7: a must watch omg

I really enjoyed this show. The protagonists seem to be neurodivergent. Someone said they don’t like the actress, but I think they don’t know it’s because of the characteristics of autism. They think she is emotionless and cold which is not true.

an exciting watch that is both frustrating and heartwarming with meaningful messages throughout. i felt like some minor loose ends were never tied and according to some chemists online the chemistry was often inaccurate, but enjoyable nonetheless.

First time i’ve cried watching something in forever.
