its good if you like gore ig but it kinda just sucks. they thought adding a lot of blood would make a decent show but it was terrible

Why did I watch this

it was great but i wish Lucy/Nyu just killed all of humanity nobody deserved to live and im just dissapoonted in Kohta lied to her face about that carnival but overall 8/10 👍

Yeah I’m not finishing this, the terrible fan service makes it hard to take it serious, borderline pedophilia.

This anime is NOT for the faint of heart, it deals with a lot of really strong topics, the ending could use some work but overall I did in fact enjoy it, it’s also a very quick watch which is really nice!

2/10 I did not expect for it to go this way getting into it. I assumed it would just be some gory older anime. There was a lot of unnecessary nudity and other scenes and a lot I mean a lot of the characters I could not stand. The story was pretty predictable and I do not get how he still kissed her after she murdered his family, even if she was nyu that literally made no sense. I tried to get into it but it was just weird like I don’t feel good about watching it. Also that bounty hunter guy with the robot arm literally took up like a fourth of the screen time and didn’t do anything he was useless.

One of the first anime’s that I’ve watched had a great time with it, don’t watch if you don’t like gore.

is this not considered csam? completely threw any decency the plot had by animating kids getting tortured

Very good anime that dealt with alot of depressing emotions. I was shocked and speechless for almost the entire show with the occasional laugh also. 8/10

kind of a dookie show for it to have been considered in the top 100 at one point. lots of unnecessary nudity and i didn’t like most of the characters besides mayu and the diclonius characters tbh (but i couldn’t stand Nyu)😭

10 yr old me thought ts was philosophical still love it though and is a core memory of my childhood
