Wild story! 7/10

unfortunate they had a killer/cult leader for a father

I loved this so much, the presentation and story telling to really show what they went through was perfect. def a good watch if you like docs.

This was beautifully done and told and I am so proud of all the children of him for getting out and being their own hero.

I really liked this docuseries and I thought it was super interesting. I had never heard of this cult until I watched this and the whole thing was so crazy

Learning about their backgrounds. Seeing some of them grown, and speaks of what they lived through. Wow

Stories about cults and how they almost always start with religion always fascinates me.

Was really interesting learning about how cult work and how people get out of them to have better lives

I usually get so sucked into these but this just couldn’t keep my attention whatsoever. Good background noise though.

This really didn’t need to be as long as it was, long drawn out information and storytelling. It was wild, but could have been much much shorter.

I couldn’t get into this. I have watched many docs about cults and this one just bored me. It is very graphic and disturbing and I feel bad for all the people who suffered under the oppressive leaders, but I think the story could have been presented in a more compelling manner.
