Rewatched this, it’s kinda weird and random, but at the same time it was good i wish i could see a number two of this movie tbh

Did this make me uncomfortable? Yes. Did it also showcase a niche of what its like to be an "ugly kid", someone that just wants to be loved yet they can never rely on their parents and so they get used and abused by people in the midst of looking to feel loved? sadly, yes..

this movie was darker than I imagined it would be, in addition to all the awkwardness of middle school. Dawn is true embodiment of middle child middle schooler who just doesn’t fit in. she wholeheartedly deserved a crash-out scene.

I remembered watching it, I do not remember how I felt tho

The plot was messy but also sad.
