A fun and exciting post-Scream slasher. Tons of inventive kills and a decent twist, URBAN LEGEND is an exciting and suspenseful horror flick that’s great as a popcorn movie. 7/10

A mediocre late 90’s slasher clearly trying to capitalize on the success of Scream but not coming even close to the quality. The characters are forgettable, acting is mid to bad, and for having a premise based on legends, the kills aren’t particularly interesting

i admit having doubted everyone, and the actual killer too, but it still took me a little by surprise for the 'why' it happened. and I adored the setting along with the urban legend concept.

campy yet uninteresting. ending attempts to shock you in as many ways as possible. yawn. 3/10.

It has its moments, but I was actually left a little underwhelmed by the reveal and the urban legends behind the kills. The cast all did a decent job all things considered and I was surprised by how many familiar faces showed up

This had all of the makings of a great slasher movie. It had good kills, interesting characters, a 90s cheesiness that I love in this kind of movie, and a unique plot. This was a very enjoyable horror movie and I was pleasantly surprised by it

i think it hit better when i was 12 but i just LOVE the killer reveal every single time

this was. fine, honestly. kinda lame, kinda whatever. i don't feel too strongly. pretty forgettable, really
