The pacing and casting is so bad. After the original with Arnold, this looks like pure 'Disneyfication'. It takes away from the world-building and character-building. From the get-go, it feels like it's trying to achieve something out of its league. The best parts are the extensive chase scenes and expensive visuals. Unfortunately, the direction and escalation eat away at everything including itself. I always wondered why this movie wasn't talked about and it's clear why from the first scene alone. Most of the plot points are expected and underwhelming or just 'total rubbish'.

I just know I would’ve watched this over and over again if I had seen it when I was younger

Always a favourite movie to see with a lot of plot twists and good actor leads
