Red Planet

I really enjoyed this movie as a kid. It was one of the biggest inspirations to travel to Mars. It’s a bit of a slow-burn. Fun concept and intriguing religious questions. I wish it had more cast and more ensemble energy.

Decent watch

6.5/10

The story feels scattered, never committing to one clear direction. The oxygen-and-algae plot competes with a rogue robot subplot that barely fits. It’s a movie that's okay to see. Don't expect too much, and you will have some decent entertainment.
