The Woman

This dysfunctional family is clearly irrational, but the performances are so underwhelming they become laughable. The dialogue is often inaudible, drowned out by a loud soundtrack. Plot inconsistencies include a "feral" woman who speaks English & is dressed when introduced, & a teacher making an unprofessional visit to the main characters' home due to suspected abuse. Despite everything, the film ends predictably.

the antagonist of this movie was the father. i'm so glad they got their just deserve in the end. i like how this movie covers misogyny but i feel like some things are little too open to interpretation, and other things are too handheld through the point. it's good overall, though
