Cabin Fever

This was pretty good actually. It was funny as well; I liked the end with the old man. This movie was definitely giving off some strong 2002 vibes lmao. I did like it. I would probably watch it again but not for a while. I liked how it set it up for a sequel.

this movie is nasty and pretty messy… you can definitely tell that this is made by the same guy that did hostel, he really knows how to make painfully unlikeable characters that you don’t mind seeing the horror elements happen to, i like hostel a lot more but this was okay

it was almost laughable how terrible this movie was. so many things made no sense and of course horror characters always make bad decisions but this was just so unbelievably bad.

2.2 - caught the 4K director’s cut re-release in theater because I’d never seen this. Lowkey wish I had seen it before so I would have known this wasn’t at all worth my time.

Just laughably bad with all the campy early 2000s gore & the uncomfortable, corny, & unnecessarily slur-laced dialogue you expect. I personally just wanted it to be over from very early on.

A couple points for a realistic enough, if a bit generic, premise & a genuinely unnerving ending in a recently post-pandemic world.
