So the 2014 remake improved a lot from the original. It is not perfect by any means. But it is good enough to watch again.

A remake to the 70’s classic, this tale of a town settled across the Texas Arkansas border, a hooded man doesn’t let the kind people rest in the night! The fear when the sun sets!

Definitely better than the original—which I only made like…17 minutes into before just quitting on it.

A great and well delivered slasher legacy sequel with some good and creative kills that makes a awesome slasher.

Pretty good slasher. Haven’t seen the original yet but overall typical murder mystery.

loses focus about halfway through. ending twist made me audibly groan. costuming, aesthetic, and camera work were good tho. 4/10

More like the town that dreaded intimacy before marriage

It was worth watching… in Friday the 13th 2 Jason’s disguise was inspired by the original movie… this continuation was well done!

I liked this so much more than it’s predecessor. The idea of making a sequel to a movie about said movie that’s about irl events is really interesting. I actually loved the visuals and thought there were some amazing shots in here. And it was definitely scarier/more thrilling.
