The Starling Girl

A little hard to watch at times, but only because it’s so well done.

To be honest, I did only watch for Lewis Pullman. And if you’re doing the same I’d say stop around the 1 hour mark 🥲

Some aspects of this movie were really hard to watch. Maybe because it hit so close to home. I’d be A LOT more okay with everything if she wasn’t 17 and he wasn’t 28.. But the message of this movie was perfect. The unfortunate reality of a lot of girls growing up in a church 6/10
