C'est censé être un film d'horreur mais j'ai + rigoler qu'autre chose tellement c'était ridicule.

Scarier than the first, due to the subject nature and my catholic upbringing I can’t bring myself to give it a like… so meh it is!

Just bad and over the top, is this a haunting even anymore?

Visually striking and intense, however, exorcising Maurice feels redundant since Valak’s curse remains for the Warrens to deal with later. A fine follow-up, but one that doesn’t change anything substantial.

This had more plot and story than the previous movie. Maybe less horror themed, but still horror. For me, I'd prefer this movie over the first part. It gave me more thrill. And I don't think you'd enjoy this movie much if you don't watch the first part. So... yeah.
