pretty cute movie! not the best and the scares were super predictable and lame but i liked the setting a lot and the sweet little orphan sister besties :( also i’m glad annabelle got to do more in this movie she’s a cutie patootie

As I’m watching the Conjuring Movies in Chronological order it’s nice to see the origin story of how everything happened before the doll was possessed.

The best in the Annabelle series by far. It is genuinely scary at times and well-acted. And the production design is great as always. This stays pretty true to a simple horror film without getting too over the top with CGI, which I love. Feels more in tune with the original Conjuring than most of the sequels or spinoffs. It does feel like it’s missing something that makes it great, but I did have a good time.

It’s my first time to rewatch since 2017, and I think I got it confused with the Ouija movie LMAO. Anyways, LOVE the girls’ bedroom it’s so cutee.

i actually really love the setting of this one, like it’s probably my favourite in the conjuring universe, even tho the scares were kinda weak and predictable
