The House That Jack Built

He’s just like me

This has to be the most disturbing serial killer film I have ever seen. The scenes are so dragged out in the best possible way. We are taken through every thought and every step of a serial killers process. Would be an AMAZING film to analyze.

Why is this movie so long. I got so bored, all he does is kill people. I couldnt wait for it to finish. I could not stand his charcter which is probably the whole point but made me less interested im the film.

Pretty good overall. Matt Dillon kills it. But, the ending was so frickin weird. Not sure what the hell was happening. But it definitely depicts a psychopath well and it’s very disturbing. Good film though overall.

tries to be deep/shocking but comes across as absolutely tasteless and forced. has NO business being 2,5h long. i love artsy body mutilation but this was below mid. also jack is an idiot.
some points for the concept of a serial killer w ocd and lead actor's performance.
