Was it extremely disturbing, yes
Did it pay off, no

Honestly, that ending scene was harder to watch than anything the Terrifier franchise has shown me. The police officer scene towards the end was confusing, but other than that, it's a pretty good home invasion with plenty of gore.

I liked the blood, but this was so cheap looking and uneventful. I don’t want to necessarily say I was bored, but not too much happens. The police officer really ruined it for me like wtf was that all about

Good lord, the French are gnarly with their horror movies. This and Martyrs could turn anyone’s stomach. Plot was very simple but the gore was brutal. I agree with one of the comments, definitely in top 10 hardest watches (with emphasis on the ending ofc)

Such a good fucking movie, i remember watching this and being blown away. Such a brutal, gnarly movie with a good plot.

8/10 ⭐

This is the 3rd of the 100 horror movies in my 100 horror movie challenge and I give this bloodbath of a movie 8.3 💀. This movie has been on the list for a long time and thats why I put it in this challenge.

A pregnant woman gets into a car crash that kills her husband and while mourning and about to have the baby a crazy bitch comes for it. This is a french horror movie and although the subtitles are fast and I’m a slow reader it’s not hard to follow. I loved the story and it gets after it about half hour in and doesn’t let up. Some of the scenes might be a little cringe but I think that’s more of it being a french movie but the acting is good enough. I will say this movie had numerous moments that hit high on the gore scale and it’s definitely not for the weak… but yet not cringe gore..This is a must watch for any hardcore horror fan!
