The Evil Dead

- I love horror and not a lot scares me, but this is genuinely one of the most terrifying films I’ve ever seen
- Ash is fineee so that helped
- Proof you don’t need the special effects we have today to make a scary film
- All the characters are stupid, but that’s to be expected

Do people really like this movie or do they just think they have to say they like it to be considered true horror movie fans? I don’t get it. It’s terrible. It’s not even one of those “so bad it’s good” movies.

2/10 gave me the biggest headache ever that bitch making the same screeching laugh noise over and over was so annoying i literally had to skip through the parts where the possessed bitches were screaming cuz it was so irritating 🤣😭

There was hella screaming. Like one scream it was a straight couple of minutes. Ash kept getting thrown into bookshelves lol. Even though I still prefer the second movie, this still was a fun watch. This one was the start of all the movies. Ash still the goat. 7/10.

I’ve finally made the achievement of watching The Evil Dead. Such a gory and nostalgic low budget horror that deserves all its praise. The cinematography is captivating and I really liked the practical effects they used.
