Cool effects but definitely tacky all together

all time favorite movie. i think the deadites look super cool, evil ash was such a cool look. literally so many iconic lines i say to this day (“Groovy”). the kills were amazing, they really make it a horror comedy. the only con is how they had to remake the first movie within the first like 15 minutes since they couldn’t get the rights

I think I liked this one a little bit more, it’s just kinda right into the shit and this is where I’d say Ash becomes ASH and this one I feel leans into being a bit more not so serious and I liked that probably a 7.5/10

One of the best cliffhangers in horror history imo

Groovy. Ash Williams is awesome. The chainsaw as a hand is sick concept. He really goes through it. Ash can’t catch a brake. Definitely looking forward to the sequel. This is a classic worth checking out. 8.4/10 After my second watch, movie is so iconic. Bruce is awesome. 8.7/10.
