The Cleansing Hour

the beginning of this movie would have you believe it’s just a cheap, lame horror film but once it gets going, it surprises you
it’s not the best movie ever but it does what it can and delivers a good demon-possessed time with a modern twist and some fun effects

Garbo

The tone is a bit all over the place but the idea is fresh, the acting is solid, and the effects are great. The initial “big reveal” is pretty obvious but then there is an unhinged twist that takes it off the rails. One of the better Shudder Originals.

Dude is a straight tool at the end. I would have given it a like if not for that.

Silly and fun

WAS LOWKEY UNEXPECTED!! kyle gallner lowkey carried and the twist at the end was good. the sfx was honestly giving 2000s horror
