One of Shudder’s best looking movies, and one that actually has the creepy slowburn atmosphere of an A24 product. I do think it would've worked best as a short film, but the titular entity is actually very eerie.

It could have been great. Loved the tension and slow build. Loved the creature. Good acting. But don’t like when there is no explanation. The end fell flat and came too quick. You needed twenty more minutes to dive into the origin. I know having a mystery is one thing. But it’s last writing not to expand the story more. Worth a watch. Not worth a rewatch.
