the acting was so bad i could not finish it, watched about 70% and just gave up. sorry not sorry wes craven.

For a second I thought I was watching a Mission Impossible movie.

PG ratings were much different in the 80s.

Was the best costume but still fun

Not good, but fun. Definitely not Wes Craven’s best (ANoES) or his worst (TLHotL). Effects look cheesy and work for the time. Tonally all over the place and isn’t really funny. Grimy and exploitative, however it’s fun. One of the weirdest and most forgotten DC films you can watch

How this film spawned a sequel and a tv series that lasted 3 seasons defies explanation.

cliche, cringey, & boring. constantly sexualized & objectified the female protagonist. horrendous scene transitions. awful costumes & effects (but it was made in the 80s). just very unenjoyable.
