Not good, but fun. Definitely not Wes Craven’s best (ANoES) or his worst (TLHotL). Effects look cheesy and work for the time. Tonally all over the place and isn’t really funny. Grimy and exploitative, however it’s fun. One of the weirdest and most forgotten DC films you can watch
