One of Spike Lee’s best and most commercial films. The scenes with the black dog were so disturbing.

Not a typical serial killer film based on true events. It explored more how the fear and paranoia of a serial killer affects the people of New York. So it’s a good movie but not a great serial killer. So you could say that the serial killer was just the backdrop of the film.

I loved this documentary, I started watching it think that I already know the story of Son of Sam but I was surprised I only knew little, I believe Maury Terry & I admire him for going the extra mile in this case, RIP to him & to all the victims.

One of Spike Lee’s best, worthy of competition with BlacKkKlansman, Leguizamo and Bordy’s performances definitely stood out.

almost lost me in the first half, until the fever really set in. then it becomes whole ⭕️

7/10 solid Spike Lee little too long
