One of Spike Lee’s best and most commercial films. The scenes with the black dog were so disturbing.

Not a typical serial killer film based on true events. It explored more how the fear and paranoia of a serial killer affects the people of New York. So it’s a good movie but not a great serial killer. So you could say that the serial killer was just the backdrop of the film.

I loved this documentary, I started watching it think that I already know the story of Son of Sam but I was surprised I only knew little, I believe Maury Terry & I admire him for going the extra mile in this case, RIP to him & to all the victims.
