the movie is so genuinely underrated from all of the tim burtons work, recommend to watch everyone during upcoming halloween

Spectacular set design in this film… loved it!… if you can get past the 17yr age gap between Christina Ricci (19) and Johnny Depp (36)… although in 1799 I’m sure that happened on the reg… In fact 19 May have been too old … eww. But that aside- Loved it!!!!

A supernatural splendor, gorgeously morose, Sleepy Hollow is a dark horse amid Burton’s filmography.

I like

This was alright; I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was a little slow at times. The plot was difficult to follow. I liked the humour. This movie wasn’t really my cup of tea so I don’t think I’ll watch it again, but I’m really glad I did.

They’re all so young 🥺 brilliant little horror!

Actually not bad, I just don’t get Burton’s obsession with death and how it’s utilised into every one of his movies but this is a solid film in general with decently fun characters and nice world-building, especially in regards to urban legends!
