Al Pacino‘s performance was great and so as the idea of the movie, but it could’ve been a lot better than this. A lot of things had no meaning, a lot of the characters were too shallow and some conversations were pointless and meaningless.

Can’t believe I didn’t watch the ending the first time cause wowwww. And this is what I’ve been saying, you have to advocate for yourself and what you believe in, you just gotta 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️. I love this guy. He’s the advocater. Although this movie does make me wonder how much has really changed from then to now in regard to corruption in the police force. Like what is done differently? Because even though he got his gold shield and awards and all that great, but I’m sure to him (bc what he really cared about was the change not what he got out of it ykwim), ultimately meaningless stuff for testifying and speaking out, it still didn’t really seem like anything was going to change in the way the police were operating. But of course it’s a movie based on real life and they can’t fit everyyything that really happened into to the conclusion.
